local,producers whenever possible.
We feel food obtained locally is
more nutrient dense and holds up
much better on the shelf and in
your refrigerator. Local food
supports both the local farmer &
local economy.

All produce & meats we sell are
grown organically/all naturally. We
only buy imported items if we do
not have US availability. In other
words, most of our produce is
from the US. Always consider the
'miles to market' of the produce
you consume. Trust your source!

beautiful Ozark Mountains. We are
centrally located which allows us to
ship food easily to anywhere in the
