What do I do with my empty box? Leave it outside the next time your order and we will trade it out for a full
box.
Do I have to be home when delivery arrives? No, we will put it in a designated location. All food is packed on
ice bottles and prefers a shady location.
Do I have to order every week? No, there is no obligation to order. You can order whenever you choose. If
needed, we do have scheduled delivery available, if scheduled you will not miss a delivery.
Do I have to order a mixed box or can I choose what is in my order? You can order a custom box and choose
everything in your box. Mixed boxes are the most affordable options, but custom orders allow ultimate control
over contents of your order.
Is all produce certified organic? All west coast produce is certified and about 80% of local produce is certified
organic. All produce is grown by organic standards, although some local farmers are not certified due to costs
and red tape involved.
Are the meats certified organic? No, not certified, but they are raised locally without the use of antibiotics,
growth hormones or additives. Our meat is all natural, grass fed and raised in an organic manner but not
certified organic.
What if I get an item is that poor quality? Please contact us for a full refund or food replacement.
What is the 22.00 deposit for? This deposit if for you reusable delivery crate. This deposit covers multiple
crates if needed to hold large orders. If you move or decide not to order any longer, the deposit it refunded to
your account.
Should I get a custom box or a mixed box? Mixed boxes are a great value if you like trying new in season
vegetables and don't mind not knowing exactly what will arrive each order. Custom orders are for those who
want to know exactly what will be in their box and don't want surprises.
What do you do when the temperatures is very hot or cold outside? If warm outside, we pack food with
frozen ice packs, it will hold up in the summertime without issue. If weather is below freezing for the entire
day, we will postpone deliveries until temps get above freezing, delicate produce does not hold up well in
freezing temps.
